Six weeks

I have about six weeks to go until my due date, which means that it is getting especially difficult to clean up Evelyn's post-breakfast/lunch/dinner messes. Evelyn usually says "I'm finished" when she is done eating-- sometimes "finished, please!" -- but she is going through a stage (toddlerhood?) and she becomes overwhelmed and frustrated if we don't hear her and respond as quickly as she hopes we will. In those instances, Evelyn tosses her dish off of her tray and either says "toss!" or repeats "I'm finished, Mama" and then asks to help clean up the "big mess." I hope we get over this phase soon.
