I'll have to locate and scan a photo of me at about this age. Evelyn has the exact same expression I had as a tot. She is incredibly observant and aware of her surroundings. Her face reveals her initial caution in large groups. Evie is very good at assessing the situation and taking it all in. She dances and sings and participates with the group, but I love that this shot captures her in a little moment of thought.
